On August 14, the safety assessment materials of 6S-5-Calcium N5-methyltetrahydrofolate (a new variety of nutritive fortifier) were reviewed and approved by experts of the review organization.

In the original scope of use of modified milk power (milk powder for children and milk powder for pregnant are excluded) and solid drinks on the basis, the scope of application was further expanded to modified milk, modified milk powder (milk powder for children and pregnant women only) and ready-to-eat grains, including rolled oats (oatmeal), fruit and vegetable juice (meat) beverages and FSMP (except varieties covered in 13.01).
