On Aug. 6, Nature’s Sunshine Products(NSP) reported results for the second quarter and first half ended June 30 In the first half, the company reported net sales of $183 million, up 0.7% from a year earlier;
Net profit was 9139,000 US dollars, up 109.7% year on year In the second quarter, net sales fell 3.8 percent to $87,286,000. Net profit was $6.133m, up 133.3% year on year.
In terms of China market performance, net sales increased by us $1.5 million in the first half of the year, up 11.7% from the same period last year. In the second quarter, net sales increased by US $2.2 million, up 33.9% from the same period last year.
