March 23,H&H International Holdings Group releases 2019 results.
In 2019, H&H group's revenue increased 7.8 percent from 2018 to 10.93 billion yuan (RMB), and its net profit increased 19.2 percent to 1.005 billion yuan. Among them, infant nutrition and Care products (BNC) contributed 63.5% of the revenue, and adult nutrition and Care Products (ANC) contributed 36.5% of the revenue, both achieving significant double-digit growth.
Swisse China market contributed 47.7% of ANC, up 29.7%. China market has surpassed Australia and New Zealand to become the largest ANC market. The overseas market outside China and New Zealand accounted for 7.4% of the total adult nutrition and care products revenue.
According to Earlydata, Swisse has a 5.7 percent market share for online vitamin herbal and mineral supplements in China as of 2019.
Swisse continues to lead the Australian VHMS(Vitamin Herbal and mineral supplements market) with a 15.6% share as of 2019, according to independent market research firm IRI.
H&H said the growth in the Chinese market is due to a variety of reasons, including continuous and effective consumer education, successful brand and product strategies on e-commerce platforms, and the signing of spokes people for popular idols.
