The 3 subsidiaries of CONBA Group in Yunnan province obtained a total of 1,600 hectares of industrial hemp growing license on February 19, all of which used No. 7 Yunnan hemp seeds and signed a seed supply agreement with departments concerned as required. This cultivated area is much bigger than the 66.67 hectares planned by Shunho Stock in this year.

In January of this year, Xikang Biotechnology and Zhongmalifang Tech Ltd. signed a collaboration agreement on all-round cooperation in the cultivation, extraction technology, production and processing of the industrial hemp in an attempt to jointly explore and promote the market and industry development for the industrial hemp products. Ximeikang Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd, located in Zhanyi County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, received approval for the cultivated area of 333.3 hectares for industrial hemp on January 24th ; Luxi Xikang Corp. in Honghe Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province was approved for industrial industrial hemp cultivated area of 333.3 hectares on February 14th ; Xinuokang company (at Wenshanxin Street) in Wenshan City, Yunnan Province got approval for the industrial hemp cultivated area of 933.3 hectares.The above three enterprises own a cultivated area of 1,600 hectares combined for the industrial hemp. It is reported that Yunnan Province is currently the only province in China that allows and regulates industrial hemp cultivation and processing in the form of regulations. 

It is also the most suitable area for the industrial hemp cultivation in China, and has the only variety and raw material resources which are qualified for industrialization exploitation in China.
