CFDA’s “domestic health food” database recently released a total of 751 new approvals for nutritional supplements labeled with “national food and health reference G2017” on its official website. As many as 289 health food manufacturers have been approved. In summary:

1. The 751 nutritional supplements announced come from 289 health food manufacturers.

2. Sirio Pharma Co., Ltd. received the largest number of approvals this time, a total of 37 new products; By-Health Co., Ltd. took second place with a total of 18 new products approved; Guangdong Weishiya Health Food Co., Ltd. has 14 new products approved, ranking third.

More new products will be announced later. According to the survey, the approval dates of the health foods announced this time are from June to July of 2017. In August last year, Shuzheng Health reported that the Health Food Review Center examined nearly 2,000 health foods from May to July of 2017, of which more than 1,500 products were approved. The passing rate was about 70 percent. Judging from this, more new health foods are likely to be announced later.

The list is facing an overall renewal. After the release of 751 new health foods, according to Shuzheng Health's prediction, the top 10 products on the ranking list of approved health foods (health food list) will undergo major changes, and this list may face a big shake-up.
