Previously, Kingdomway announced that its company shares were suspended due to planning of the major issue, namely the acquisition of 100% stock share of Youkeshu, the enterprise listed in the New OTC (Over the Counter) Market. On March 12, the company received the letter of terminating the transaction signed by the actual controller Xiao Siqing from Youkeshu, showing that Xiao Siqing decided to unilaterally and irrevocably terminate the transaction. Therefore, Kingdomway decided to terminate the planning of this major issue and not to plan for the acquisition of assets within one month.
