China Health Industrial Alliance of Herbal ingredients: Officially Established on CNIC 2015
From Oct. 29 to 30, the CNIC 2015 was kicked off in Guian New Area. Through years’ development, China’s plant extraction industry has stepped onto a new era of development. To improve the industrial level and promote the healthy development of the industry, China Health Industrial Alliance of Herbal ingredients is thus established as initiated by both the CCCMHPIE and Herbridge Media. Mr. Zhang Chengwen, chairman of Chongqing Joywin Natural Products Co., Ltd., read out the Announcement of Guian:

After the announcement, Liu Zhanglin, deputy president of CCCMHPIE, Zhang Chengwen, chairman of Chongqing Joywin Natural Products Co., Ltd., Zheng Qunyi, CEO of HerbalLife(Leishuo) Natural Products Co., Ltd., Tian Nanhui, general manager of BGG, Lu Qingguo, chairman of Chenguang Biotech Group Co., Ltd., Huang Huaxue, chairman of Hunan Huacheng Biotech. Inc., Xie Yongfu, general manager of Guilin Layn Natural Ingredients Corp., and Zhang Shuli, director of Herbridge participate in the golden handprinting ceremony.

I. Our alliance complies with laws of PRC and carries out activities within the legal scope.
II. All member enterprises of our alliance hereby undertake never to do business related to fake products.
III. To ensure product quality, all alliance member enterprises must pass the certification for quality supplier of Herbal ingredientss and other acknowledged certification of authority, and promote the establishment of a cross-boundary quality traceability system within the alliance.
IV. To promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, all member enterprises of our alliance undertake to support and take part in the formulation of the international business standards for Herbal ingredientss, to jointly set up the acknowledged industrial code.
V. Our alliance will promote the establishment of a cross-boundary e-commerce platform intended to facilitate trade within this industry.
VI. All member enterprises of our alliance comply with relevant laws and regulations of PRC, and try every means possible to enhance the morality level of the enterprise.
