Business Income RMB838 mln of Kingdomway in 2014, 60% Attributed by Co-enzyme Q10
Recently, Kingdomway(002626) revealed its annual report of 2014. The company registered a business income of RMB838 million in 2014, up 25.08% year on year, with net profit of RMB195 million contributed to the listing company shareholders, up 90.48% year on year; earnings for each share of RMB0.68; and 10 shares added and RMB3 distributed for every 10 shares of all the shareholders. In 2014, the income of co-enzyme Q10 raw material continued to grow rather rapidly, and the price rise of vitamin A is lower than expected. Both major business and business profit of the company registered a new record high, with business income of RMB838 million, up 25.08% year on year; business profit of RMB223 million, up 102.93%; net profit of RMB195 million attributed to the listing company shareholders, up 90.48%. Among them, the income of co-enzyme Q10 totals RMB484 million, up 31.95%, while that of vitamin A aggregates RMB273 million, up 16.63% year on year.
As reported on Mar. 24, Kingdomway(002626.SZ) co-enzyme Q10 product has long been popular since put to the market. Senior management of the company stated in the performance presentation that Internet marketing, as well as promotion of online/offline sales channels will be used to achieve the goal of “Jinlexin, the best choice of CoQ10”. Besides, it’s reported the overseas orders of CoQ10 stay stable in the first quarter this year and “shall grow to some extent”.
According to the Herbridge media, Kingdomway has signed with La Liga as an official strategic partner to provide specified products in a hope to expand its domestic market through the renowned and healthy image of the union. Also, the company will make innovative video and publicity activities to perform market-recognition education, and establish the recognition connection between CoQ10 and Jinlexin, thus occupying the heart of the consumers. Besides, the company will develop regional agents to distribute sales channels offline.
Meanwhile, Kingdomway CoQ10 capsule will make full use of the Internet to expand its publicity. Jiang Bin says, the Thumb Agent Plan of the company will establish a socialized media marketing matrix through Internet publicity and self-media marketing, to promote and bolster the online marketing and strengthen the cooperation with domestic e-commerce giants such as Jingdong and Tmall.
Previously, the market occupation of CoQ10 business of Kingdomway surpassed 50% at both domestic and international markets, which is mainly sold as the health care product ingredient. The company officially put the CoQ10 health care product into the market in 2014 to cause a wide attention in the market. Last year, the production line of Kingdomway health care food was finished, passed the acceptance, and gained the certificate for production. The CoQ10 capsule product started to sell in December.
As a good health care product, CoQ10 can help improve the human’s immune system, ease the fatigue and protect the cardiovascular function. It has become the new spotlight focus on the international health care product market, with the global market constantly heated. As revealed by the annual report, in 2014 sales of CoQ10 product of Kingdomway maintained a rapid growth, with the cost lowered further. The company has realized a business income of RMB838 million, up 25.08% year on year and a net profit of RMB194 million, up 90.48% year on year. Both the business income and net profit registered a new record high.
