The market of rhodiola rosea extract kept steady at the first quarter of 2013,including salidroside Luosai Wei.Accoring to herbridge media,salidroside was mainly used in the field of domestic health care products and pharmaceuticals,Qinghai and Tibet were the primary producing areas,Rose rhodiola concentrated in the main producing areas of Xinjiang and Changbaishan'.Rose rhodiola extract mostly supplied the European and American markets,and the international procurement was relatively stable.
Guilin Layn told herbridge media,some manufacturer reduced the price of rhodiola rosea extract,which did not have an effect on the production and supply of company's rhodiola extract.Although the price of 2012 was slightly higher than the previous years on the harvest time,the extract's price had always remained stable.
Hangzhou Skyherb told herbridge media, the new raw materials begun to supply in May,some enterprises had to decrease the price of rhodiola rosea extract in order to reserve the new material.The price of some enterprises have dropped by 6%.
Hanzhong TRG Biotech told herbridge media,the market demand of rhodiola rosea extract reduced than the same period of last year.In order to stimulate market demand and increase competitiveness,part of the enterprises decrease the price,which influence the fixed price of other enterprises.It is expected to maintain a steady supply of rhodiola extract before the harvest of new raw materials.
