According to herbridge.com market investigation ,The Lutein price has slightly reduced.During the whole year of 2008, the lutein market experienced heated competition ,with more and more lutein producers get in the middle of the lutein market, the price of 20 percent ,lutein was 680-700RMB/kg. The 5 percent of lutein was 150-180RMB/kg.
Recently ,the market faced the new changes.Because some of resolvent and resouces cost lower than before ,and the material of lutein,marigold's price goes down,added some lutein manufacturer has promoted their producing technology.The 20 percent lutein current price is 560-600RMB/kg(from xian market),50 percent price can be provided by 1200RMB/kg in hebei province manufacturer.
Usually,the marigold stocks are used out in May and June,so the price of lutein may go up.
