Huachengbio located in Changsha National Lugu High-tech industrial park,established in 2008, is a modernized natural plant extracts manufacturing enterprise who integrates the research, plant, production, sales and service.It is a national-level high-tech enterprise and is also the technology research center for the active ingredient of the natural plants.
Headquartered in Changsha National Lugu High-tech industrial park,Hunan province.Hunan Huacheng Biotech,Inc., with 1.8 hectare’ construction area, is planned completely, including the production workshops, office buildings, research centers and the laboratories. The office buildings, research centers &laboratories are expected to construction completed and put into use at the end of May 2016. The workshops, which are equipped with a whole set of more advanced separation, purification, refining, drying, packaging, pure water making systems, air purification systems, clean areas etc., are planned to finish the installing and the debugging and put into service in December 2016.
Huachengbio’s factory covers 3.3 hectare areas,which was designed strictly conform with GMP standard and equipped with modern extractors (two counter-current extraction line, 12 sets of extraction tanks), separators (horizontal centrifuge, tubular centrifuges, ceramic membrane, nanofiltration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane),facilities for purification, refining, drying, packaging, pure water preparation system, air purification system, and clean area. Production workshop is divided into two production lines according to products.One is specially for Luo Han Guo Extract,another is mainly for Cranberry Extract, Huperzine A, Red Clover Extract, Green Tea Extract and other products. Our annual raw materials consumption is more than 12000 tons (calculated as fresh Luo Han Guo fruit),the production capacity is top-ranked in plant extract industry.
