On Mar. 12, Guizhou Bailing(002424) issues a notice that the company has signed an agreement to join hands with Sichuan University and Guizhou University to build the “Institute of Modern Innovative Technologies for Miao-medicine”, i.e. the Agreement on Joint Construction of the “Institute of Modern Innovative Technologies for Miao-medicine”. According to the notice, during the cooperation between the universities and enterprise, the “National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Modern Innovative Technologies for Miao-medicine” and the “National Engineering Research Center of Modern Innovative Technologies for Miao-medicine” based upon the existing “Guizhou Engineering Research Center of National Medicine(TCM) Oral Preparations”. Centering on the TCM/national medicine, primarily but not limited to Miao-medicine, it studies on the innovative medicines, administration means, biological treatment, drug standard, plant chemical, functional food and regularized planting of crude medicines. According to the market demand, it makes a secondary development of the existing featured Miao-medicine of advantage to improve the medical standard and clinical effect, as well as the market competitiveness of the product. Also it provides technical consultation, project argument, policy interpretation, and application for registration of drugs and health care foods, and organizes for the clinical study and applies for protection of TCM variety.
