On the whole,the total marigold oversupply in 2012 of China, in the past two years,the marigold is in short supply,resulting in the abundant marigold production this year.According to herbridge media,marigold acreage in China is about 600,00 thousands mu, and the production is differebt of regions due to the climate, the average output is 1.2-1.5 tons/mu. The average output declines for two reasons,firstly,due to extreme weather,secondly for marigold itself disease.The marigold area in all China significantly decreased.

Xinjiang region :about 40,000 mu;
Northeastern provinces :nearly 180,000 mu;
Ningxia region : 12,100 mu;
Beijing:about 6,000 mu;
Hubei Province : 3,0000 mu;
Shandong:less than 10,000 mu;
Gansu region :12,000 mu;
Shaanxi Province : 200 mu;
Anhui Province : 30,000 mu.
