Herbridge, 17 Nov. 2011_The new crop for Rhodiola crenulata is available on the market and the average prices are RMB 5 higher per kilogram compared to the same period last year.
Mr Feng, marketing manager from Sichuan Hoycome Biotech Co., Ltd, told herbridge.com, there is increasing demand for salidroside, but not rosavin. Salidroside is mainly offered to domestic manufacturers of health products, while rosavin is primarily supplied for international demand that is stable now. We will not probably see big price change in Rhodiola root extracts before the coming Spring Festival.
3% salidroside remains the price of RMB 180 per kilogram in China.
