Herbridge, 14 Sept. 2011_It appears to see a stirred market for lutein again in 2011.
Mr Gu, Marketing manager of InnoBio told herbridge.com, " The new crop has been available since August. Manufacturers of Marigold oleresin are busy with fermentation of magrigold flower for marigold particle. The new marigold oleresin will be available at the end of this month. The prices are twice higher than the highest prices last year now."
Manufacturers are not prepared for the very high prices in China. It is hard for them to decide whether to persist in lutein production under the very high cost pressure this year.
