Herbridge, 2 Sept. 2011_Manufacturers began to increase prices for epimedium extracts in July, which is consistent with Herbridge.com's predication before.
The new crop is said to have lower icariin level but higher prices this year. The higher prices encourage more manufacturers and traders to enter in this market.
Manufacturers offer different prices for epimedium extracts in China. On the whole, 10% icariin prices are over 700RMB/kg presently. The prices are expected to break 780RMB/kg, the highest prices in 2010.
