Chongqing Kerui Nanhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is formerly known as Chongqing Nanhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd which had a share restructuring in 2008. Now Chongqing Kerui Nanhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is a brand-new state-owned pharmaceutical company in which Chongqing Kerui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd holdings and Chongqing Xinyu Investment Group shares. Both of the two companies belong to Chongqing Chemical& Pharmaceutical (Holding) Group.

Chongqing Kerui Nanhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is located in the Zhengyang Industrial Park in Chongqing with  plot area is 53,360 square meters, built-up area is more than 20,000 square meters, and the total assets is more than one hundred million. Our company, in the excellent surroundings, has advanced facilities and the first-class modern R&D, production and testing equipments, also has strict implementation of standard operating procedures. There are more than 200 employees in our company, and the engineering staff with college degree account for 45% of the total number of employees.

Our company has five modern standard production lines meet GMP standard: herb extraction, tablets, capsule, oral liquid and granule, with management of enterprises in strict accordance with GMP requirements, and was passed the National GMP re-certification in July 2009.In December 2009, resveratrol, Shensuo Baji oral liquid, guixiong pollen oral liquid, Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release tablet and Longqing capsule of the company, the five products were rated as high and new technology products of Chongqing, and our company was awarded the title of municipal leading enterprises in agriculture industrialization. Our company is a high-tech enterprise which is mainly engaged in developing and large-scaled producing natural herb extracts and pharmaceutical intermediates. The location of our company is nearby the largest GAP plant base of sweet wormwood in China. We can produce artemisinin with high quality (99.5%, HPLC) more than 30MT per year, and resveratrol (98%、50%)30MT and 60MT separately.
