According to herbridge.com,milk thistel primarily grows in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Anhui provinces and among others.Although the production was not good in Panjin,Liaoning province,the overall output accross China will basically meet the demand for silymarin serial products.The prices for milk thistel are 18000-20000 RMB/t,￥3000 lower than that in July.The purchasing activity of manufacturers may last until Spring Festival.The market is forcast to still see slight fluctuation in the coming months,according to herbridge.com.
Zhang,manager,Huachengzhiyao told herbidge.com,"The poor harvest in some districts will not affect the supply for silymarin serial products this year.Owing to supply shortage earlier,the demand for silymarin still exceeds the supply in China."
