Liwah has a first-phase construction of 5600 square meters where situated a purified workshop covering 400 square meters and  has a second-phase construction in the process of construction . In the first-phase construction we have Extraction Workshop and Pharmaceutical Ingredient workshop, equipped with 10 multi-functional extractors, 2 high-velocity centrifuges, 6 single/bi-effect external-circulation concentrators, 4 sphere-concentrators, large spray-dryer  , chromatography columns and other equipments etc.

Quality Management

    The quality inspection area covers 372 square meters and owns chemical measurement room, standard solution room, weighing room, precision instrument room, traditional Chinese medicine identification room, reserved sample room, bacteria inspection preparation room, bacteria inspection room, drying room, and quality inspection office etc, equipped with advanced testing instruments and equipment such as 1 1200 HPLC of Agilent, 3 Shimadzu HPLC, 1 Shimadzu UV spectrophotometers, 1 GC, and 1 TLC scanner, which can completely meet the needs of production inspection.

    Liwah has also improved its quality assurance system and quality management system in accordance with GMP requirements to control the whole process of product quality formation, to ensure the effectiveness of quality assurance and quality inspection, and to ensure the stability of product quality.
