    As an anti-tumor ingredient,it has demand both in domestic and oversea market.However,the demand is small on account of limited application in end products.The international demand is dominated by Teva,Israel.According to herbridge.com,few manufacturers can assure regular supply.A few manufacturers have several hundred kilograms of podophyllotoxin in stock.Currently,Shanghai Jinhe Bio-Technology Co., Ltd,whose annual output of podophyllotoxin is 2 ton,is aimed to become the greatest supplier of podophyllotoxin in China.The company has tried to plant several hundred mu of sinopodophyllum hexandrum.
