The price for epimedium rises to around 30RMB/kg from 8RMB/kg.Accordingly,10% Icariin price rises from 270RMB/kg to 850RMB/kg.20% icariin price increases to about 1700RMB/kg from 350RMB/kg.
There are only one or two manufacturers providing Epimedium extract in large volume now.Hanzhong Trg Biotech and Shaanxi Jiahe Phytochem Co.,Ltd are both enterprises with abundant strength.Currently,Hanzhong Trg Biotech has 10%-98% icariin in stock.Lan said,"as one of our main products,we will try our best to supply epimedium extract in any case."
