Due to different raw materials in the World, extracts names are different.For instance,the extracts from European bilberry is called bilberry extract,and that from Chinese blueberry is called blueberry extract.With regard to blueberry anthocyanin,suppliers in China always apply UV method.Of which there are two test methods,European and China method.Participants said,the figure tested by European method is smaller than that through China method.For example,the anthocyanin content is 25% by the former method compared to 35% through the later.
According to herbridge.com,bluberry anthocyanin price is stable presently.Owing to different test standards,the anthocyanin content is so different that the price varies from different enterprises.25% bluberry anthocyanin(test by UV,European Method) price is generally maintained at around 2200RMB/kg.
