Sulforaphane extracted from broccoli seeds emerges as a new ingredient in China.A large number of vitro tests has proved that sulforaphane has excellent anti-cancer property.However,there are few researches on this product in China.Only two or three manufacturers supply sulforaphane presently.
Pioneer Herb Industrial Co.,Ltd.located in Shanghai began to focus on this product in early 2009.They can supply 1%,2%,10%,20% and 50% sulforaphane and so on currently.They are mainly for overseas markets such as Canada,especially the 10% sulforaphane.It is understood that there are no more than three suppliers in China presently.Shaanxi JiuJiu Bio-Technology Co.，Ltd. began to supply broccoli P.E. one years ago.They can supply 10:1,20:1,30:1 proportion extracts.Industry said that synthetic sulforaphane is also on sale in the market.
According to herbridge.com,10% sulforaphane price is around 5000$/kg. 30:1 broccoli extracts price is about 150RMB/kg.We had relative reports in February this year.
