There have been over 17 antioxidants listed into GB2760 in three major categories as a) chemically synthesized phenol compounds such as BHT, BHA and TBHQ; b) vitamins such as vitamin C, sodium erythorbate, D-isoascorbic acid, vitamin E and beta-carotene; and c) natural extracts: TP, hay antioxidant and bamboo leave antioxidant.
