Currently,the widely used berry anthocyanins on the market are Bilberry extract, Chinese Bilberry ( blueberry ) extract and edulis extract.The market demand of black currant extract is gradually increasing.
Compared with blueberries and edulis,black currants is with low anthocyanin and high pectin content.It's difficult to extract high content of products.With the continuous improvement of extraction process,it can extract anthocyanin product with more than 25% content from black currant berries.

China blueberry is the wild blueberries in Daxinganling.Because of the limited output in recent years ,the price increased year by year,which led to the rised cost for raw material.
Edulis extract raw materials are mainly from North Korea ,the annual output is about 1300 tons and relatively stable,the quality of raw materials also increased year by year.Compared with the prevent years ,anthocyanins increased of 0.5 percentage points in 2013, which laid a good foundation for the production of high-quality products.
